A Custom Party Shipping Policy
Our shipping charges are based on USPS carrier rates that are passed right to the customer. There are a couple of factors that highly influence the cost of shipping – these include: shipment weight, the dimensions of the package, number of packages, the destination address and the shipping method.
This includes all items that is being shipped as well as any air pillows or kraft paper inserts that keep the products from shifting inside the box during movement to you.
Number of Packages
If you purchase multiple items, it may be likely that you received more than one package delivered to your location.
The shipping method refers to the speed of the delivery. The faster the shipping, the more expensive it may be.
To Obtain a Shiping Quote
To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "shopping cart" and enter you state and zip code for destination, this should give you a shipping quote.

For customers that just can’t wait for their items. Please contact customer service before placing your order to discuss options available for rush delivery. Please keep in mind that A Custom Party may require up to 2 additional business days to process some items before the carrier picks them up (They are made to order).
A Custom Party cannot be held responsible for any packages which are delayed due to unforeseen USPS delays such as "adverse weather conditions", "Beyond USPS control", or "Missed at facility" - please plan accordingly. A Custom Party offers tracking numbers for packages for reference use only; this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and A Custom Party does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Refused Delivery Package
Any packages refused at the point of delivery will be deemed as “abandoned property”. All refused packages will be returned to buyer at buyer’s additional expense or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for any packages which were refused delivery by any other shipping carriers. If you have any questions regarding why a package was refused for delivery, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and have your tracking number handy.
Before completing your order online, we strongly suggest that you check both your billing address and shipping address to ensure accuracy. From time to time, customers may incorrectly fill these fields and submit orders. A Custom Party will only ship the products to the address that is supplied on the order. In the case that an incorrect address is supplied, USPS will try their best to contact the customer to confirm a correct address. If all attempts fail, USPS will send this product back to A Custom Party.
Frequently Asked Questions
If I place my order today, when should I expect my delivery? The speed of the delivery depends on how the order was shipped and the destination to where it was shipped. A Custom Party processes most orders within 24-48 business hours of confirmation of order. If you have selected a Ground/Standard/Free/Flat Rate shipping method, your delivery is between 1-5 business days once it has been picked up by the carrier. If you have selected a faster shipping method, your estimated delivery may be sooner. In general, please give up to two weeks and plan accordingly for the delivery.
How much does shipping cost / what is the cost to ship my order? Shipping costs are based on a variety of factors including product weight and the destination of the package. Why is shipping more expensive than the items I am purchasing? Though A Custom Party passes all of the savings directly to the customer, sometimes shipping seems expensive. Shipping costs for any carrier rely heavily on three factors: the weight of the box (the heavier the package, the more expensive the cost), the destination of the package (the further away from the East Coast to ship, the more expensive the cost), and the speed of the service (the faster to deliver the package, the more expensive it may be).
Can you ship to POBOX or APO addresses? At the moment, we do not ship to POBOX or APO addresses.
Can A Custom Party ship to locations outside the United States? Sorry, we do not ship outside the US.
